Trays and frames are injection-moulded in Qishi Town, Dongguan, by Dongguan Yiyao Technology Development Co., Ltd., a company under the same ownership that opens its own moulds; overmoulding is used on selected models. The pieces are trimmed, packed with their case and boxed by hand; the range is packed in Shenzhen, and samples and small parcels are dispatched from Guangzhou.

How an order runs

  1. Send your briefA reference, a quantity, your market and the destination country. Your quotation states the price, the minimum and the lead time for that product.
  2. Approve a sampleOne piece, priced all-in for goods and shipping. The fee may be set against your production order on the terms of your quotation.
  3. Approve your proofYour artwork on the box, case and insert card. Production starts only after your sample is approved.
  4. Production and inspectionMouthpieces and guards are moulded in Dongguan; the range is packed in Shenzhen. A pre-shipment inspection by an agency you appoint is offered for first orders.
  5. ShipmentSamples and small parcels by express or economy parcel from Guangzhou; production orders by air or sea freight, quoted for your load. Working days by destination.

Before you pay: your sample is approved first, with a printed proof for branded packaging. Your proforma names the company that contracts with you and invoices you, and its banking line is stated once on that proforma and never changed by email. For a first order you can ask for a video call across the moulding hall and the packing line, and a pre-shipment inspection by an agency you appoint.

The mouthpieces, guards and trays are moulded and finished by Dongguan Yiyao Technology Development Co., Ltd., a company under the same ownership, in Qishi Town, Dongguan, China. Shenzhen Xinmeida E-commerce Co., Ltd., founded in October 2017, packs and ships the range from Shenzhen and sells it through Xinmeida Oral Care, its international sales desk.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product and the route. A sample is one piece. A product from the current range in plain packaging has the lowest production minimum; your logo, your own colour or your own packaging artwork raises it to a print or mould run. Your quotation states the minimum for that product.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. A sample is one piece, priced as a single all-in figure covering goods and shipping, and the fee may be set against a later production order on the terms your quotation sets. Production does not start until a sample has been approved.
Can you put my brand on the products?
Yes. Your brand goes on the retail box, the storage case, the insert card and the polybag or blister. Send your artwork file, your barcode numbers and the packaging format, then approve a printed proof and a sample before production. The trays and frames themselves are supplied unbranded unless a mould is made for you.
How long does production take?
It depends on the reference, the quantity, the packaging print and the season. Plain-packaging orders from the current range are the shortest; printed packaging adds the proof and print run, and a mould made for you adds tooling time. Your quotation states the lead time for your order.
What documents come with an order?
A commercial invoice, a packing list and the shipping documents come with every order. A material declaration, certificate of analysis or test report is included only when it is named on your quotation, after its availability, scope, holder and cost are agreed; the documents page sets out what each market asks for.
